Here is our collection of handmade hats soon to be released.
Note: Some hats pictured below are in the process of being made.
We start with the very finest quality Fur Felt.
Then we block the hat with original hat blocks used from the 1920's through the 1950's.
The next step is cutting the brim and inserting the sweatband and liner.
And after some fine tuning your hat is ready and shipped out to you immediately!
